This letter, issued by the Secretariat Board Lucknow on 14 July, states that the replies are sent with the answer to Council's question number 65-66-67, that the collectors of all the districts of UP province have been informed to write the Jatav name, That they should be written by Jatav name and Gram Panchayats are also declared in a general manner, that if Jatav caste is called by any other name, then they will be punished for defamation.

Not only this, this certificate issued by Shri Yadav Jatav Rajput Prevention Assembly Loti Safiabad says that we have also certified the person and given a certificate on behalf of our Shri Jatav Sabha and from today onwards this person and his family members Like the Jatav system, too, they have been involved in food and drink.

Shant Prakash Jatav says that even today such certificates can be seen in large numbers in local tehsils. The BJP leader said that the truth is that when the Indian Constitution was made in 1950, the Jatav caste joined the Scheduled Castes for the first time in it.

Shant Prakash Jatav said that from 1935 onwards, different societies had vied to register themselves in the list of Scheduled Castes.
